Dr. Eric Hyndman is a urologic oncologist and a clinical assistant professor with the University of Calgary. He received his medical degree and a PhD in medical science from the University of Calgary, and he completed his urology residency at the University of Alberta. He completed his urologic oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Hyndman holds several leadership positions including section chief of Urology, Department of Surgery, Alberta Health Services Calgary Zone/University of Calgary and director of the Active Surveillance program at the Prostate Cancer Centre.

Dr. Hyndman is an active researcher. His specific areas of interest are prostate and bladder cancer.
